150 Calorie Vegan Ice Cream - Tons of Volume - Guaranteed to fill you up!
Hey W8TRAIN family! This is co-founder John and I wanted to share with you a little secret I found about making some high protein, low calorie vegan ice cream. It's so simple and easy to make, all you need is 4 ingredients:
Simply mix in about 450g of ice, 240 ml of almond milk, and 30g of protein powder in a blender. If your blender needs some extra help fully blending this you can add some extra almond milk or water. It will probably take about 5 minutes or so for this to be fully blended.
Next, with all the previous ingredients still in the blender add in about 6g of Xanthan Gum (but feel free to do more, this is your dessert, so have it the way you want it). Blend again for up to another 5 minutes and you will have a super fluffy, creamy and thick vegan ice cream! Feel free to add toppings (a cookies n cream protein bar chopped up is wonderful!)
