We ship to the USA

Sales tax: W8TRAIN is based in Alachua County, FL. All shipments shipped to a FL address will see 7% Alachua County Sales tax applied at checkout. Tax is required by law and is not applicable to purchases shipping outside of Florida. 

FREE Standard Saver shipping on all orders over $20! All purchases above $20 qualify for FREE Standard Saver shipping. If the order total is under $20 there is a flat $4.95 shipping fee applied to the order. 

For Standard Saver, we use the most economical carrier for your package weight, either UPS, FedEx, or the US Postal Service. Please use an address that accommodates any delivery carrier. These methods take about 3-5 business days on average. Each package comes with tracking and insurance.

In addition to Standard Saver shipping, we also offer 2 Business Day Guaranteed shipping for a $9.95 flat rate site wide. Due to varying cutoff times, we do not currently offer overnight shipping on our web site. Orders placed later in the day will be shipped 1 business day after they are placed.

Free Local Pickup:

Free local pickup is available for all orders in the Gainesville area. No additional charges will be applied if you check the "Pick Up" option during checkout. Our store address is 2251 NW 41st Street Suite 50, Gainesville Florida, 32606.

Return Policy:

We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all of our physical products. 

If you receive a shipment and you wish to return within the 30 day policy simply email us and we will provide you with the return shipping address. Purchases can be exchanged for the same item, other item(s), or a refund. If your order was not as advertised, we will pay return shipping, otherwise buyer pays return shipping. If you purchase a shipping upgrade like Priority Mail or UPS 2 Day, this shipping charge is not refundable unless the wrong product is shipped by W8TRAIN error.
